1.Sweet Cinnamon Ginger Coffee:-
Ingredients:
Espresso Shot – 40 ml
Cinnamon powder – ¼ Tsp
Nutmeg powder – ¼ Tsp
Vanilla Extract – ¼ Tsp
Honey- 1 Tsp
Low Fat Hot Frothed Milk – 120 ml
3.Preparation:-
1.Add dry ginger powder into a coffee cup
2.Whisk the ingredients (honey, cinnamon & vanilla extract) and add it to the coffee cup
3.Pour a shot of espresso over the mixture and mix well
4.Add Low-Fat hot frothed milk and stir well
5.Garnish with nutmeg powder and cinnamon
2.Spiced Mocha:-
Ingredients:
Espresso shot- 40 ml
Brown sugar- 1-2 Tsp
Cocoa powder- 4 Tsp
Cinnamon powder- ¼ Tsp
Cayenne Pepper powder- ½ Tsp
Vanilla Syrup – 1 Tsp
Low Fat Hot Frothed Milk-120ml
Whipped Cream for garnish
3.Preparation:
1.Mix cocoa powder along with the other dry ingredients (powdered sugar, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and cayenne pepper powder) in a bowl.
2.Pour a shot of espresso over the mixture and stir with a whisk until well blended, then add vanilla syrup.
3.Add Low-Fat hot frothed milk to the mixture and mix until smooth.
4.Transfer this into a cup
5.Top with whipped cream and sprinkle spices.
3.Exotic Pistachio Macchiato:-
Ingredients:
Espresso Shot – 40 ml
Brown Sugar – ¼ Tsp
Crushed Pistachios – 1 Tsp (extra for garnish)
Cardamom Powder- 1 Tsp (extra for garnish)
Low Fat Milk Foam
3.Preparation:-
1.Add crushed pistachios, sugar and cardamon powder into a cup
2.Pour a warm shot of espresso over and mix well.
3.Add a dollop of Low-Fat milk foam on the top
4.Garnish with a pinch of cardamom powder and pistachios.
