Now, for its 20th anniversary, producer AM Rathnam has decided to re-release the film in Tamil Nadu. The movie has been running to houseful crowds even after 20 years in its re-release.
Hence, Thalapathy Vijay is said to be super happy with the response the film has generated. Producer AM Rathnam met the actor at his The Greatest Of All Time shooting sets and specially congratulated him. The actor in response thanked and honored him expressing his gratitude.
