India and Sri Lanka white-ball series is rescheduled

The limited-overs series between India and Sri Lanka has been rescheduled. This news is confirmed by BCCI General secretary Jay Shah after several Sri Lankan players including batting coach Grant Flower and the team’s data analyst G.T.Niroshan was tested positive.

The Sri Lankan team members have tested positive after they returned from the England post completing the series. The white-ball series between Sri Lanka and India was earlier scheduled to start on 13th July. But now it has been rescheduled to start on 18th July.

Based on the rescheduled dates, the first ODI will start on 18th July followed by the second on 20th July and the third on 23rd July. The first T20I is on 25th July, the second on 27th and the third on 29th July. It was known that Shikhar Dhawan led team India would play three ODIs and T20Is in this series.
