Telangana BJP have submitted a petition to Telanagana High Court seeking for CBI enquiry in the MLA buyers case. Telangana Police on 26th October raided Moinabad Farm House where TRS MLAs Guvvala Balaraju, Beeram Harshavardhan Reddy, Rega Kantha Rao, Pilot Rohit Reddy have been allegedly offered money to shift parties. Police arrested Faridabad Temple’s Ramachandra Bharati, Tirupati’s Simhayaji Swamiji and Hyderabad’s Nanda Kumar with huge cash bundles. BJP leaders have been targeting TRS leaders stating that they have scripted a drama around the incident.
BJP leaders like MP Kishan Reddy, Party President Bandi Sanjay and Etela Rajendra called this a staged drama by TRS leaders to gather momentum before Munugode by-election. They have alleged CM KCR designing the entire plan and stage it perfectly to put BJP in trouble as they have identified them to be their biggest opposition in the Telangana state. On the other hand, Congress leaders have stated that BJP and TRS are playing dramas to gain brownie points in the elections, but people are not blind and that innocent.
Well, TRS leaders have been saying that the Police will soon bring out the truth behind the scamsters and those who tried to bribe their MLAs will be brought to light, soon. BJP in their petition to High Court stated that TRS would try to use their power to twist the “real truth” and Police could be helpless. Hence, they have asked HC to handle the case over to CBI for fair investigation. Some thing tells us that the “real political drama” has just started.
