Salman Khan is one of the biggest stars of Indian Cinema. He has a great pull in masses that his films are celebrated by his fans whenever they release. Salman Khan is now coming up with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan for Eid, 2023. The movie is releasing on 21st April, 2023. After 4 years, Salman Khan has a full-fledged theatrical release for EID.
This year, Shah Rukh Khan came back with Pathaan. After 4 years, he gave a huge blockbuster that even crossed Baahubali earnings in Nett gross terms. Now, Salman Khan is coming up with a theatrical release for EID as well, after few years. His Radhe had a limited theatrical and OTT release. So, this is important for the star to open big and become a hit. Salman Khan, himself produced the film and hence, as a producer too, he would be wanting a blockbuster result.
The remake formula has worked for Salman Khan with Wanted, Ready, Kick, Bodyguard becoming huge blockbusters. So, he made another remake this time, too. His Race 3, Bharat, Dabangg 3, Tubelight, Radhe failed to entertain even his hardcore fans. So, he has gone back to remakes. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is remake of Veeram. Venkatesh is playing the role of brother of leading lady, Pooja Hegde. Salman Khan included Telugu family into this screenplay like how Chennai Express had a Tamil family.
The film looks almost identical to Chennai Express in set-up. But Salman Khan took enough care to make it bigger than the original. Farhad Samji directed the film. Ravi Basrur composed song and BGM for the film. Devi Sri Prasad also scored music along with Himesh Reshammiya. Salman Khan fans want the movie to be bigger hit than Pathaan. Trailer promises family entertainment. Let’s wait and see, if it will become such a huge hit.
