Stock Markets continued uptrend on Wednesday too after Tuesday encouragement. Markets started on a positive note and kept growing throughout the session. International Stock Markets showing signs of recovery again help our markets. Major big stocks have performed better to help markets keep the uptrend going. By the end of the trading session of Stock Markets, BSE gained 235.05 points to close at 60,392.77 and Nifty gained 90.10 points to close at 17,812.40 mark.
BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 60,180.20 mark and then continued to trade between 60,094.69 to 60,437.64 range. Finally, BSE ended the trading session at 60,392.77 by gaining 235.05 points. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 17,759.55 mark and it hit highest for the day at 17,825.75. Nifty hit the lowest at 17,717.25. It started well but fell in the mid-session. By the end of the session it rose up again and ended the session by gaining 90.10 points on 17,812.40.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.82.08 against US Dollar on Wednesday. For 8th straight session, Stock Markets have registered gains. Infosys, TCS, Reliance, Wipro, HCLTECH have been among the gainers. Axis Bank, Maruthi, Bharathi Airtel, SBI have been among the losers. Traders confidence in growing day-by-day with the global stability growing back very slowly. Stock Markets are expected to perform throughout the week.
