Megastar Chiranjeevi has received court summons to stop any construction in a land. He bought a land from Jubilee Hills Housing Society and that has been allocated to the society for residential purpose. A petitioner went to High Court asking them to stop any construction on the sight that Megastar Chiranjeevi owns now. High Court has given summons to Megastar Chiranjeevi and Jubilee Hills Housing Society to file the counter petitions.
The petitioner stated that land belongs to Jubilee Hills Housing Society and they should not give permission for any commercial buildings. Megastar Chiranjeevi did not answer to court about the land or his plans. Now, High Court has asked him to file counter and reveal all the details. Until the case is in High Court, Megastar Chiranjeevi cannot construct any building in the premises of 595 sq. feet land.
Well, the petitioner also alleged that GHMC failed in taking the land back. High Court asked GHMC to give answer to this allegation in counter and asked Jubilee Hills Housing Society to give clarity. Megastar Chiranjeevi did not respond on this issue yet. He is currently busy in the filming of Bholaa Shankar. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Keerthy Suresh, Tamannaah are playing leading roles in the film.
