We all tend to loose weight eat healthy and maintain a good and healthy diet. Here are few easy breakfast recipes you can try for your weight loss-

1.Besan Chilla:-

Ingredients:

  1. Besan (1 cup),
  2. 1 spoon salt, pinch of sugar/ small amount of jaggery,
  3. chopped vegetable of your choice (carrot/cabbage/ capsicum) and
  4. Oil.
Recipe:-

1.Transfer the besan to a bowl and add salt. Add water to this and mix it properly till you get a smooth consistency without any lumps. Now, add the vegetables to this and mix it well.
2.Grease a tawa with oil. Pour a ladle of the besan mixture on it. Cook it properly on both sides.

3.And you can serve it with sauce or chutney.

2.Oats upma:-

Ingredients:

  1. Oats,
  2. finely chopped vegetable of your choice (carrot/ beans/ cabbage/ cauliflower/ peas),
  3. salt,
  4. oil,
  5. peanuts.

Recipe:-

  1. In a kadhai, dry roast the peanuts and the oats separately. Transfer them to a bowl.
  2. Add some oil to the kadhai and saute the vegetable. Now add salt to this. Once cooked properly add water. Be careful not to add too much water as it may make the upma soggy.

3.Once the water begins to boil, add oats and the peanuts to this. Cook until the oats absorb the water completely.

3.Vegetable idli:-

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped vegetables of your choice,
  2. rava (1 cup),
  3. oil,
  4. salt and

5.curry leaves

Recipe:-

1.Take some oil in a kadhai and saute the vegetable. Add salt, turmeric and curry leaves to this.

2.Once the vegetables have cooked properly, add rava and roast it for sometime. Now, transfer the mixture to a bowl and add water to it. Add curd to this and keep it aside for sometime.

3.Grease an idli mold and pour the mixture into it. Steam it for 30 minutes. Serve it hot with chutney.

4.Egg salad:-

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled eggs chopped,
  2. lemon juice,
  3. chilli,
  4. vegetables or green leaves of choice,
  5. salt.

RECEIPE:-

1.You just need to assemble all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them properly. Do not keep it for hours and make sure to eat it soon.

5.Moong dal chilla:-

Ingredients:

  1. Pre-soaked moong,
  2. green chilli,
  3. ginger,
  4. salt,
  5. oil.

Recipe:-

  1. Make a fine paste of moong, green chilli and ginger. Add water, if necessary to bring it to a smooth consistency.

2.Grease a tawa with oil and pour a ladle of the batter. Cook it properly on both sides. Serve it hot with pickle or chutney.
