Musician Ameya Dabli officially launched his pan-India tour, Krishnaa – Music, Bliss and Beyond, in Hyderabad. The performance is scheduled for 28 June at Shilpakala Vedika.
The tour is being organised by Kestone Utsav and will cover 11 cities across India. The Hyderabad launch marks the first public announcement of the schedule. Dabli addressed the media, spoke about his career shift from the banking sector to music. He said he chose to leave a corporate role to focus on music which allows for a deeper connection with people and national service. He also mentioned his foundation, Ekam, through which he has conducted performances for Indian Armed Forces personnel posted in various regions.
Over the past 14 years, Musician Ameya Dabli has performed more than 4,000 shows in India and abroad. His work has included private events for several high-profile families, including the Kapoors, the Jindals, and members of the Emami Group. He has also performed at weddings such as those of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, as well as actor Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj.
Unlike his earlier private concerts, the Krishnaa tour is aimed at reaching a broader public audience. The event is described by organisers as a mix of devotional and thematic music and is ticketed through BookMyShow.
The Hyderabad concert will be the first stop on the tour, with further dates expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Dabli will perform a selection of songs intended to reflect spiritual and cultural themes. The organisers have confirmed that preparations at the venue are underway and tickets are currently on sale.
