Victory Venkatesh delivered a different cop film with Gharshana, in the direction of Gautam Vasudev Menon. Daniel Balaji made a great impression as Srikanth, close friend and main part of his team, in the film. Later, he delivered a stunning performance as a psycho, in Kamal Haasan’s Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. He left audiences wondering what if such people exist amongst us.
Such a brilliant actor left us too early due to heart attack. Like Puneeth Rajkumar, he also passed away in his late 40’s. He was cousin brother of yesteryear actor “Hrudayam” Murali. Even Murali also passed away early due to cardiac arrest. Daniel Balaji has been rushed to hospital by his family after he complained pain in his chest and doctors could not revive him.
His family requested privacy in this hour. Recently, Tamil Cinema lost a legend like Captain Vijaykanth and now, they lost a talented actor like Daniel Balaji. The actor donated his eyes and his family honored his wish to donate his eyes to someone else upon his death.
He did not find many opportunities to showcase his full range but within the opportunities he found, he left a mark that would be unique for him. We hope his family finds strength to overcome this grave loss and hope his soul rests in peace.
