The team were not expected to deliver such a huge hit that too against films like Guntur Kaaram, Naa Saami Ranga and Saindhav. HanuMan has become a huge sensational blockbuster by earning 200 crores gross, worldwide, within 10 days of release.
In Hindi markets also, movie has done a considerable business and it is trending quite well. In Telugu states, the movie has become biggest blockbuster for such a medium or limited budget film. The visual grandeur that Prasanth Varma brought to the table has been praised by many. Jai Hanuman is the direct sequel to HanuMan and it is part of announced Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe with mythological characters. Also, he stated that there is a chance for a big hero to be playing the part of Hanuman in this film. For now, the movie pre-production works have started.
