Now, Samantha is back with a power packed morning routine that is not viral or trending, but that is something that works for all of us, when understood the right way.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu spoke about how many activities that we unintentionally put in our morning routine spoil our health. Like using phone as soon as we wake up and dumping your brain with news and work which adds up stress. Here is an 8 step power packed morning routine that Samantha suggests.
Samantha Morning Routine:
1. Do not use mobile phone for the first one hour after you wake up
2. Make sure you get 5 minutes of deep breathing and medidation in quiet surroundings.
3. Get some direct sunlight on your face for two minutes, within the first 10 minutes after you wake up.
4. Have warm water with lemon and honey or Cumin seeds or Fennel seeds or methi seeds based on what your body needs for immunity.
5. Move your body for good workout before 11 am, that is before the hectic day actually starts.
6. Have a balanced breakfast so that you won’t have sweet cravings later in the day.
7. Always have your coffee after breakfast, avoid having coffee on an empty stomach.
8. Plan your day and write it down along with your thoughts to clear your mind and align the works and thoughts better.
This routine is not very fancy or like instagram perfect, but this routine offers what our body needs to start a day.
