Shefali Jariwala, best known for her appearance in the hit 2002 remix video Kaanta Laga, has sadly passed away at the age of 42. The actress reportedly suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on the night of 27 June 2025. Her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, rushed her to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai, but doctors confirmed that she had died before arriving. Police are treating the case as an accidental death. A post-mortem has been completed, but the exact cause of her death is still under investigation.
