The woman, who works as a caregiver for the elderly, had been involved with the accused for some time. According to her allegations, the sexual assaults occurred repeatedly. To address the situation, the accused not only sought legal representation but also attempted to settle the issue through an agreement. This agreement, which was meant to formalize their cohabitation, reportedly includes a clause declaring the case against him null and void. The woman has disputed the validity of the agreement, claiming that her signature was forged or improperly obtained.
The agreement, designed to last for a year, outlined several conditions for their cohabitation. These included:
The couple would live together for a year.
Neither party could accuse the other of sexual harassment during this period.
The woman was to reside at the man’s house as part of the arrangement.
Either party could terminate the agreement with a one-month notice if dissatisfied with the other’s behavior.
The man would not be held responsible for any pregnancy that might occur.
There were restrictions on the movement of the woman’s relatives.
Ensuring that mental peace was maintained and not disturbed was also stipulated.
This notarized agreement has sparked significant controversy, raising questions about its legitimacy and the circumstances under which it was signed. The authorities are currently working to verify the authenticity of the document and the validity of the claims made by both parties. The investigation aims to clarify the situation and address the serious allegations involved.
