Megapower star Ram Charan’s upcoming film Game Changer, directed by celebrated filmmaker Shankar, was initially set for a December release. However, due to the massive buzz around Pushpa: The Rule releasing during the same period, the makers of Game Changer have strategically shifted its release to Sankranti, the festive season in January, a prime time in Indian cinema for big releases. In securing this slot, the team reportedly requested a rescheduling of another anticipated film, Vishwambhar, which had initially aimed for a Sankranti release.
With this new date confirmed, the Game Changer team has ramped up its promotional efforts. Several songs from the film have already been released, gaining strong appreciation from fans and creating buzz around the film’s music and storyline. Though the team passed on making an update during the Dasara holiday, they’re now preparing for a significant reveal during Diwali, intending to release a teaser to drive the promotional campaign forward and re-energize the audience’s excitement for the January release.

In Game Changer, Ram Charan takes on a powerful, dynamic role, paired opposite Kiara Advani, who stars as the film’s female lead.
