Superstar Rajinikanth has been working in films back to back after slowing down for years. Post Jailer, he has signed two big films – Vettaiyan and another with Lokesh Kangaraj. Before starting Vettaiyan, he has decided to work in an extended cameo in Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s film, Lal Salaam as Moideen Bhai.
The movie talks about Religious divide and cricket game in parallel. Moideen Bhai tries to help a young cricketer from a slum to work his way away from religious riots to become a good cricketer. Vishu Vishal and Vikranth are playing leading roles in the film while legendary cricketer Kapil Dev is playing a cameo.
Senthil, Jeevitha, Thambi Ramaiah, Ananthika Sanilkumar are playing other important roles. A.R. Rahman is scoring music and his background music is a big asset for this trailer and the film. Vishnu Rangasamy is handling cinematography for the film. He has also given story and dialogues for the film.
Subaskaran has produced the film on Lyca Productions banner. The movie marks the return of Aishwarya Rajinikanth as a director after a films like 3 and Vai Raja Vai. She wants to deliver big success at the box office with this film. Movie is releasing on 9th February, 2024 all over the world.
