It is common for people to believe that film actors and actresses enjoy every luxury on set. However, many actresses have shared their experiences of mistreatment while shooting. Sandalwood actress Ragini Dwivedi recently addressed this issue, revealing the challenges she faced on various occasions during filming. While vanity vans are typically provided to actors, offering amenities comparable to star hotels, this is not always the case.

In her appearance on anchor Rapid Rashmi’s show, Ragini spoke about the reality of shooting locations. Often, filmmakers fail to provide even the basic facilities, forcing actors to change clothes and use makeshift washrooms. While many shoots take place outdoors, where actors can change their clothes and access washrooms, it’s not as easy for actresses. Vanity vans are supposed to provide privacy and comfort, but they often create more problems than they solve.
Ragini emphasized that actresses do not ask for extravagant treatment; they simply request adequate facilities to perform their work comfortably. Unfortunately, many actresses continue to endure hardships due to the lack of proper arrangements, and Ragini’s comments highlight the need for improvement in the treatment of female actors on set.
