Pushpa: The Rise has become a huge hit in Hindi language markets while it did suffer losses in Telugu markets due to Covid-19. Allu Arjun has been working from past one year to give a perfect second part, Pushpa: The Rule. Writer-director Sukumar and Allu Arjun have been working on sets in tandem to deliver a big universal blockbuster, this time around.
The rumors have been aplenty stating that Pushpa: The Rule could be delayed or postponed from scheduled 15th August, release date. But Allu Arjun has clearly stated that the movie shoot is on schedule and it will release for the planned date. He has been working on this second part from 2021 and while it has given him huge fame and a National Award as actor, he wants to explore other characters, too.
At Brenaline, Berlin Film Festival, he has been honored for being Pushpa on screen and there he expressed his wish to do third part also but at this moment they are looking at second part only. On the other hand, Devara team has announced their first part new release date as 10th October 2024. As per reports, it is the tentative release date planned for Ram Charan’s Game Changer, if Indian 2 releases for Independence Day.
Now, Indian 2 team is not quite sure about the release date and plans, yet. They are currently shooting a song between Siddharth and Priya Bhavani Shankar, say few Tamil media reports. And Game Changer, directed by Shankar, is expected to have another 50-60 days of shoot to complete entire production. Kiara Advani is expected to be part of these portions and a song shoot as well.
Ram Charan has said to be itching to move on as he spent several years making only two to three films. Post Vinaya Vidheya Rama, he worked on RRR, Acharya – extended cameo and Game Changer. So, he wants to move on to his next with Buchi Babu Sana, say reports. As Prabhas’s The Raja Saab, is looking at Sankranti release date will Game Changer also release at the same time or will it block the Christmas date? We have to wait and see.
