Dil Raju has grown into one of the biggest and most influential producers & distributors in Telugu Cinema. He has become so influential that his words of advice and his way of handling things have become beneficial for everyone. All the producers and big actors also look towards him for solving issues and when he comes forward with any kind of suggestions, they tend to listen to him.
Hence, when it comes to arranging big releases for Telugu Cinema during Sankranti festival, he has been coming under the scanner. He has been receiving flack and also, negative reputation for his stance during the season, regularly. As Telugu Cinema producers look at Sankranti to release some big movies, distributing theatres has always come under scanner. Commonly, being a big producer and distributor, he is asked to sort out the issues and he too handles them with aplomb sincerity.
As some rumor mills have been spreading false news and taking out different meanings for his words, he lashed out against them at a film press meet. He stated that he has been going soft on those rumor mills and he wouldn’t do the same anymore. He stated that he did not play any politics against any movie. He stated that when Megastar Chiranjeevi himself commented about him in a positive way, these rumor mills are targeting him unnecessarily.
Dil Raju continued to say that he doesn’t have anything against HanuMan movie and he did not deny any theatres for them. He stated that he is ready to sit face-to-face and talk with Producer of HanuMan movie on a public platform. He stated that he has to look at distributing theatres for Mahesh Babu film – Guntur Kaaram, Venkatesh film – Saindhav and Nagarjuna film – Naa Saami Ranga and HanuMan, too. Hence, he tried to sit with everyone and bring everyone to one word, together.
He also stated that he is reason for Ravi Teja to push his film, Eagle from Sankranti. Also, he is the reason for pushing Ayalaan film telugu version release as well to another date. He stated that for him every film is same and he won’t take such false allegations and mud slinging, lightly, anymore.
