National-award-winning superstar Dhanush’s landmark 50th movie Raayan is his second directorial venture. The movie produced by Sun Pictures also stars Sundeep Kishan and Kalidas Jayaram in other lead roles. Interim, the film Raayan is done with its censor scrutiny and it received an A certificate from censor sleuths.
2:25 hours is the final runtime locked for the movie, Raayan, which will be a high on action entertainer. The movie will see Dhanush in a bloody action avatar. The makers will up the game in promotions, as the film is slated for release in nearly a couple of weeks.
Apart from Dhansh, Sundeep Kishan, Aparna Balamurugan, SJ Surya, Selvaraghavan, and Dhushara Vijayan are the other prominent cast members of Raayan. Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman scored the music and the already released first two singles became viral superhits.
Prominent cinematographer Om Prakash handled camera work with Prasanna GK taking care of editing. Ace technician Jacki is the production designer and Peter Hein is the action choreographer. Raayan will be released worldwide on July 26th. Asian Suresh Entertainment LLP will release the Telugu version.
