Dhanush, one of the most coveted actors of Indian Cinema, is playing his second Telugu – Tamil bilingual and Pan-India release, Kubera. He performed in the movie, Sir/ Vaathi, last year. The movie became a hit and now, he is acting in the direction of Sekhar Kammula. The movie team has finalised the title of the film as Kubera.
King of Telugu Cinema, Akkineni Nagarjuna is acting as another lead in the film and Rashmika Mandanna is confirmed to be playing female leading lady. Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for the film. The team released first look with title of the film on the auspicious occasion of Mahasivaratri.
The movie story is said to be different from all previous Sekhar Kammula’s films. The painting of Lord Shiva taking “Bhiksha” from Goddess Annapoorna in the background of Dhanush is interesting. And Dhanush in a complete “homeless person” adds to the intrigue. Also Kubera titles garners even more interest as he is known as the wealthiest among Gods and god who governs wealth.
