Prabhas has become one of the biggest stars of Indian Cinema. Post Baahubali-2, he saw failures like Saaho, Radhe Shyam and Adipurush but his Salaar Part-1: Ceasefire became a big hit for him. Recently, his Kalki 2898 AD team has revealed the release date of the film as 9th May, 2024. After Kalki, Prabhas has decided to appear in a light-hearted a rural comedy, The Raja Saab.
Maruthi Dasari is directing the film and People Media Factory is producing it. The title of the film and the look of Prabhas have been revealed on Sankrati day, 15th January, 2024. The team did not announce release date but for unveiling they have made grand arrangements.
The team has built a gigantic cutout screen to unveil the digital cutout of Prabhas as The Raja Saab. Maruthi Dasari and producer TG Vishwa Prasad have been present at the event. Several fans have also gathered to witness the event.

Prabhas wants to mix his characters and film choices. He doesn’t want to stick to only action entertainers. In the pursuit of delivering different films, if some fail at the box office, he is looking to keep at it and choose better scripts. After Salaar, Kalki and The Raja Saab are going to be completely different from his previous films. The Raja Saab could also release for a big festival, this year.
