Iran Drone Strike in UAE: Indians Injured, India Reacts Strongly

Three Indians were injured in Iran’s drone attack on an oil refinery in Fujairah Oil Industry Zone in UAE. The Union Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has responded to this incident. Denied that these attacks are not acceptable at all. It demanded an immediate end to the targeting of infrastructure and innocent civilians. India will continue its support for dialogue and diplomacy to restore peace and stability across West Asia.

Randhir Jaiswal, Spokesperson of the Union Ministry of External Affairs, stated that they wish for free and unhindered shipping and trade through the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with international laws. He said that India is ready to support all efforts to solve problems in West Asia. Responding to this, Prime Minister Modi strongly condemned the attacks on UAE. Targeting citizens and infrastructure is unacceptable. Safe navigation through Hormuz is crucial for global energy security.

In the wake of the attacks on the United Arab Emirates, the countries of the world have called to reduce tensions in West Asia. UK, France, Germany and Saudi Arabia have asked Iran to negotiate with America and solve this problem. They stated that Hormuz and the world should not be held hostage by these clashes.

Iran’s official media revealed that the attack on an oil refinery in the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone was not intentional. The incident was blamed on America’s audacity to bring ships out of Hormuz through restricted channels. It said that America should stop using force in the diplomatic process. It has demanded that the superpower stop its military adventures in the sensitive Strait of Hormuz, which affects the economies of all countries of the world.
