Stock Markets ended with marginal losses on 03rd April 2024. Investors started investing in big stocks after a low start and at one point touched highest marks. International Stock Markets have ended up in losses due to delay in US Fed repo rate announcement. So, selling pressure took over and hence BSE lost 27.09 points to close at 73,876.82 and Nifty lost 18.65 points to close at 22,434.65 mark.
BSE Sensex started trading at 73,757.23 and then continued to trade between 74,151.21 – 73,540.27. Index started off lower than the previous closing and at the lowest investors invested in big stocks. By the mid-session, index crossed 74,100 mark but then slipped down to selling pressure. Hence, BSE ended the trading session at 73,876.82 by losing 27.09 points.
Nifty Sensex started trading at 22,385.70 mark and it hit its highest for the day at 22,521.10. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 22,346.50. Index started lower than previous closing and by mid-session hit 22,500 mark with investments in big stocks. But then they started selling off their gains and finally, Nifty50 ended by losing 18.65 points on 22,434.65.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.44 against US Dollar on 03rd April 2024. NTPC, Tech Mahindra, Bharti Airtel, TCS, Bajaj Finance shares have ended as Top Gainers. Nestle India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, JSW Steel, Titan, Bajaj Finserv shares have ended as Top Losers. Stock Markets have been oscillating too much and experts predict big correction ahead.
