Russian President Putin warns serious consequences for Moscow attack

Russia had to face a terribly shocking terrorist attack on 22nd March, during the night time. At one of the biggest concert halls, Crocus City Hall in Moscow, few camouflaged gunmen have attacked the unsuspecting attendees at the concert. They have attacked them with bombs and then with automatic machine guns and created a ruckus with over 6000 people running for the cover.

Over 133 people have been dead in this heinous attack and more than 100 have been injured. Russia President Vladmir Putin addressed nation on 23rd March morning and warned ISIS-K, who claimed it to be their act and other terrorist organisations that Russia will not be silent after this attack. He warned Ukraine and claimed that the nation has given shelter to such organisations and helped plan this attack.

Putin told citizens that the government will not leave any of the people involved. Already government nabbed 11 people involved in the attack along with 4 directly involved in it. President Putin also declared 24th March, Sunday, as National Mourning Day in the memory of people who lost their lives. He also stated it as “barbaric terrorist attack”.

European Union leaders, USA, India have condemned the attack and stated that they support Russian people and told that world should continue fighting against terrorism in any form. On the other hand, Ukraine denied their involvement and stated that terrorists having “contacts” with any of Ukrainian leaders is another lie from Russian intelligence.
