Nara Chandrababu Naidu took oath as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 12th June. He formed coalition with Janasena and BJP, joining NDA before the elections. Hence, the coalition has been able to consolidate anti-incumbent vote against YS Jagan’s YSRCP. NDA won 164 seats out of 175 assembly seats and reduced YSRCP to lesser than official opposition status.
Many wondered about Janasena deciding to join Government or deciding to become opposition in assembly with 21 seats to their name. But Pawan Kalyan has decided to be part of the government and even he has been induced into the Cabinet. He took oath immediately after Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
Along with him, Nara Lokesh has also been induced into the Cabinet. Nara Chandrababu Naidu decided to go all new cabinet from 2014 and gave many new faces a chance to be ministers. Here’s the list of council of ministers who took oath along with CM.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who took oath as PM for the third time, recently, attended the ceremony as Chief Guest. Even Home Minister Amit Shah, Ex-Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, JP Nadda were also among the attendees. Megastar Chiranjeevi and Superstar Rajinikanth have come as Chief Guests upon invitation.

The swearing in ceremony has gone viral on social media platforms with Pawan Kalyan being among the political leaders taking oath. Even Nandamuri Balakrishna also attended the event and his moment with Nara Bhuvaneshwari has gone viral, too.
