The critically acclaimed Tamil murder mystery ‘Yugi’ is now streaming on the Aha OTT platform from today. It is titled ‘Karthika Missing Case’ in Telugu, which is spot-on for the movie’s gripping investigative murder mystery thriller. Bhavani Media has released the Telugu version on Aha OTT.
Zac Harris, who started his career as a film director with another mystery thriller called ‘Dev Fakir’ starring Antony Varghese in Malayalam, has helmed this film. Positively reviewed for captivating audiences with a sharp screenplay and thrilling narrative, Yugi, which was a 2022 film, is expected to do the same with the Telugu audience on Aha OTT. The movie stars Kathir, Natty Subramaniam, Anandi, and Narain in the lead roles, making it an ensemble cast. Anandi starred in the hit Telugu remake of Garudan called Bhairavam, which is running successfully in theatres. Kathir has Maanavan under production, set to release this year. Natty Subramaniam has been growing as a character artist with films like Seesaw, Niram Marum Ulagil, and the much-awaited Suriya 45.
The story follows a detective and his team as they search for a missing young woman. In true thriller fashion, shocking truths about her disappearance are revealed one by one. The name of the missing girl is Karthik, and the screenplay keeps viewers on the edge of their seats until the very end.
