Darsheel Safary starrer, latest on Amazon MX Player, original series Gamerlog is now streaming for free, giving audiences a glimpse into the emotional highs and lows of young gamers chasing a dream. Set in a rough-and-ready bootcamp in Mumbai, the show follows a team of e-sports misfits as they prepare for a major tournament—while also dealing with their personal battles off the screen.
Directed by Arya Deo and produced by Abhinay Deo, Amazon MX Player Gamerlog brings together a dynamic cast that includes Darsheel Safary, Anjali Sivaraman, Chinmay Chandraunshuh, Kunal Bhan, Chetan Dhawan, Shubroy Chowdhury, and Akash Menon.
In the series, Darsheel Safary plays Raghu, a young gamer struggling to keep it together. Reflecting on one of the show’s most powerful scenes, Darsheel shared how he connected deeply with the character. “There’s a point where Raghu just breaks down after holding everything in. That really stayed with me,” he said. “I think a lot of us go through something similar – putting on a smile while dealing with chaos inside.”
The actor, who grew up in the spotlight, spoke about how his personal experiences helped shape the performance. “There’s always pressure to look like you have it all figured out. But behind that, we all have our own silent struggles. That’s what made the scene so real for me.”
Darsheel also praised the directors for creating an open and supportive environment on set. “Arya sir and Abhinay sir gave me the space to really dive into those feelings. It wasn’t easy, but it felt honest. I’m really proud of how that moment turned out, and I hope people feel something when they watch it.”
Gamerlog mixes humour, emotion, and the adrenaline of competitive gaming into one unique story. The series is now streaming for free on Amazon MX Player, available on mobile devices, Fire TV, Prime Video, and other connected platforms.
