Indian Air Force (IAF) Chief Amar Preet Singh piloted the F-15EX Eagle-II fighter jet during his visit to America. American military officials revealed that by flying the F-15, Amarpreet Singh was able to better understand the capabilities of that aircraft and its role in modern warfare. As part of this visit, the Chief of the IAF held talks with the senior officers of the Air Force including Brigadier General David C. Epperson, Commander of the US Air Force Center.
This meeting held on April 10, discussions were held on expanding joint maneuvers between the air forces of both countries, increasing mutual understanding on advanced technologies and combat systems. US General Wilsbach stated that his Air Force will support the Indian Air Force’s efforts to acquire more modern weapons. The F-15EX Eagle-II is one of the most advanced fighter jets that America has. It is manufactured by Boeing. Superpower used these planes to attack Iran. The aircraft travels at a maximum speed of Mach 2.5. Can carry a payload of up to 13,381 kilograms.
