Raj Tharun has seen a career slump like no other actor in recent times. This year, two of his films got released back to back. Well, Tiragabadara Saami has AS Ravikumar Chowdary kind of a senior director who made Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham. With recent controversy, Raj Tharun and Malvi Malhotra pair also stood in news for all the wrong reasons. Let’s talk about their on screen chemistry and the film in detail.

Plot:
Giri(Raj Tharun) goes missing at a young age in Tirupati. He never finds a way to connect back with his estranged parents. An auto driver adopts him and as an adult he starts an NGO, where he traces out missing children or adults and bring them back to their house. A TV Channel features his interview looking at his positive track record of uniting more than 99 lost people back with their families.

On the interview, he expresses his wish to find a woman who can understand his trauma and give him “his own family”. Shailaja(Malvi Malhotra) enters into his life and they get married. Few people keep searching for her but she evades them and the happy couple becomes pregnant. At this moment, Giri gets a call from Konda Reddy(Makarand Deshpande) asking him to trace out his missing niece, who happens to be Shailaja. What happens next? Watch the movie Tiragabadara Saami for full details.

Analysis:
Raj Tharun seems to be attracting some bad scripts consistently, looking at his recent movies. And unfortunately, this Tiragabadara Saami also adds itself to the lot. His performance is decent enough but writing wise and execution wise, there is no support for him, once again in another film of his.

Malvi Malhotra is good looking and tried her best to perform in whatever offered to her. Rest of the cast is wasted. Mannara Chopra as Radha Bhai, performed in the worst possible character ever in her career. With so many characters in the film, none seems to have a head or a tail to connect with us.

Raj Tharun continues to deliver another bad film with Tiragabadara Saami
Raj Tharun continues to deliver another bad film with Tiragabadara Saami

AS Ravikumar Chowdary has been able to deliver films like Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham but in this one, he seems to have missed out in finding emotional knot. The screenplay looks scattered and scenes rushed in writing & execution as well. Right from production values to every technical aspect, the film lacks ten light years behind.

On a side note, the film almost looks like a direct derivative from Raj Tharun’s personal life. Not going into the controversial aspects, one cannot avoid feeling it as some biopic of the actor. You can understand how bad the movie is, if you have to draw such conclusions to keep yourself entertained. Feels like makers wanted audiences to fight back against such films like Tiragabadara Saami, staying true to title.

Positives:
Romantic song
Oomph factor of lady actresses

Raj Tharun and Malvi Malhotra have good on screen chemistry in Tiragabadara Saami
