Suhas hits a rough patch with recent films

Suhas

Actor Suhas, who began his journey with short films and later moved to side roles in feature films, slowly built his name as a content-driven hero. His breakthrough came with Colour Photo, which earned both critical and audience praise. Since then, he has been choosing films with strong concepts, gaining popularity for bringing something unique to the screen.

However, Suhas’s recent career choices seem to be raising questions. While some of his films have clicked well with audiences, others have failed to impress. His films either do very well or drop completely after the first show, with empty theatres by the evening.

His latest film, O Bhama Ayyayyo Rama, released last Friday, has not received the response he hoped for. Though the director’s story had potential, many feel the execution was weak. Suhas had high expectations from the film, believing it would be a hit, but early reviews suggest otherwise.

Earlier, his OTT release Uppu Kappurambu on Prime Video also failed to make much impact. Some critics feel Suhas is choosing similar types of roles and stories, which is making his films predictable and boring. When audiences sense a repeated pattern, interest drops, even if the film is well-made.

Currently working on two more films, Suhas still has time to turn things around. If he picks more diverse roles and stronger scripts, he can regain momentum. But if he continues down the same path, his career might lose direction, and future chances could become harder to come by.

All eyes are now on Suhas’s upcoming projects to see if he can bounce back.
