Rajamouli Baahubali The Epic

Rajamouli once again captured the spotlight as Baahubali: The Epic premiered in Hyderabad, bringing back the magic of India’s most celebrated cinematic universe. The re-release combined both Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion into one spectacular feature, marking a decade since the saga first took audiences by storm.

Fans gathered in huge numbers to welcome Rajamouli at the red-carpet event. The atmosphere outside the theatre was festive — with drums, banners, and fans dressed as their favourite characters from Mahishmati. As Rajamouli arrived, chants of “Jai Mahishmati!” filled the air, and the director greeted the crowd with folded hands and a wide smile.

During the event, Rajamouli took the stage to share his thoughts on the film’s lasting impact. He thanked the fans for their unwavering love and said that Baahubali was not just a movie, but a journey of faith and teamwork. “Even after all these years, the love people show for Baahubali touches my heart deeply,” he said.

The director also lightened the mood with a few jokes that delighted the audience. He playfully asked how the crops of Mahishmati were doing, a reference that made fans burst into laughter. He also teased about the fate of Bhallaladeva, showing his trademark wit and humility that fans adore.

Rajamouli fondly remembered the cast—Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, and Ramya Krishnan—calling them the soul of the Baahubali: The Epic. He said that the film’s success was possible because of their hard work and the dedication of the entire team who believed in the dream of Baahubali.

The premiere ended with a standing ovation as the first scenes played on the big screen once again. For many in the audience, it wasn’t just a film screening—it was a celebration of Indian cinema’s most powerful legacy.
