AA Films have offered this amount and they are betting this huge amount looking at Rs.100 crores box office collections for the first part in the region. And Pushpa 2 is anticipated to collect as huge as KGF Chapter 2 upon release on 15th August 2024.
Second place after Pushpa is occupied by Prabhas’s Kalki 2898 AD. The movie has been offered Rs.100 crores as refundable advance for theatrical rights in North Markets by AA films. Prabhas films have not been collecting as huge as anticipated post Saaho but Kalki has futuristic setting and a sci-fi theme with huge emphasis on VFX. So, the makers hope this to be his major comeback.
Next in the list is, Game Changer starring Ram Charan and directed by Shankar. The movie secured Rs.75 crores offer from AA films. Post RRR, Ram Charan has acquired good following and if the promotional materials strike well with the audiences, this movie has all the potential to collect over Rs.200 crores in North Markets.
Another RRR star Jr. NTR is coming up with Devara Part 1 on 10th October and the movie is offered Rs.45 crores refundable advance from AA films. Movie team is expecting huge reception from audiences upon release. Anirudh Ravichander’s music after big blockbusters like Jailer and Jawaan is expected to give this film huge boost.
