Power Star Pawan Kalyan, one of Indian cinema’s most iconic actors, is stepping into the period action genre for the first time with Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part-1 Sword vs Spirit. Produced on a grand scale under the Mega Surya Productions banner, the film promises an unforgettable cinematic experience.
The team recently wrapped up filming a colossal action sequence choreographed by renowned Hollywood stunt director Nick Powell. This ambitious scene involved 400-500 stunt performers and extras, showcasing a unique blend of creativity and scale. Pawan Kalyan actively participated in the shoot, and the filmmakers are thrilled with the outcome.

As the excitement around the project builds, the makers have shared another major update: the film has entered its final phase of shooting. The concluding schedule is set to begin this weekend in Vijayawada, where a massive sequence featuring Pawan Kalyan and 200 supporting artists will be filmed. With this, the principal photography for Hari Hara Veera Mallu will conclude, keeping the film on track for its March 2025 release.
The cast includes Bollywood actor Bobby Deol, known for his recent success in Animal, along with Niddhi Agerwal in the lead female role. Esteemed actors such as Anupam Kher, Nasser, and Raghu Babu also play pivotal roles.
Directed by the talented Jyothi Krishna, the film has been generating significant buzz, thanks to its captivating teaser and strategic updates. Acclaimed cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa is behind the lens, while legendary production designer Thotta Tharani oversees the art direction. Baahubali fame VFX supervisor Srinivas Mohan and Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravani add further prestige to the project.
