Naga Chaitanya is coming up with his next movie, Thandel. The movie is being written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti. After Savyasachi, Naga Chaitanya and Chandoo are coming together for this movie. Before Savyasachi, they both united for Premam remake and the movie became a hit.
Savyasachi disappointed at the box office. Chandoo Mondeti went ahead with his Karthikeya 2 and the movie became an unexpected blockbuster. It got support in Northern Markets as well and that helped Chandoo to plan his next film, in even bigger budget. Thandel is said to be a big budgeted film and a film based on true life fisherman.
For the movie, Naga Chaitanya has studied the lives of Fishermen in Srikakulam and Vijayanagaram. The movie shoot has started recently and the team is confident about the success at the box office. After Love Story, Sai Pallavi is playing female lead with Naga Chaitanya.
Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for the film. Geetha Arts are producing the film on a big scale. Now, the team has announced that they are revealing the world of Thandel with a glimpse on 5th January, 2024. The movie team has titled the glimpse as “Essence of Thandel”.
