Nagarjuna Akkineni has been one of the biggest stars of Telugu Cinema. He had bad run with unsatisfactory films at the box office in recent years. He has decided to release his Soggade Chinni Nayana, specially for Sankranti in 2016. Post that, he came back with Bangarraju for Sankranti in 2022. Now, he released Naa Saami Ranga for 2024 Sankranti.
He used to release his films during Summer or December month rather than releasing for Sankranti. So, the previous two films becoming big hits for Sankranti has given him more confidence to come in a huge competition in 2024. He started shooting in September and released the movie for Sankranti on 14th January, in just three months.
Choreographer Vijay Binni has debuted as director with the movie. MM Keeravani composed music for the movie and it is his first one post Oscar win. Naa Saami Ranga has collected Rs.30 crores gross in 4 days and it is close to achieving Breakeven mark. Movie is expected to find more screens from 19th January and is set to become a blockbuster.
Nagarjuna is extremely happy with this success and he has flown to Goa with his family to celebrate. Allari Naresh, Raj Tharun, Ashika Ranganath, Mrinaa Menon and Rukshar Dhillon have been part of the ensemble cast of the film. B and C centres have extraordinary for this movie and even family audiences are loving this Sankranti entertainer.
