Currently leading comedians in the industry have come together on one screen for Mithra Mandali. The much-anticipated film stars Priyadarshi, Vishnu Oi, Rag Mayur, Prasad Behara, and Niharika NM. Niharika NM, a popular digital content creator with over six million followers across various platforms, made her acting debut in Tamil with Perusu and is now entering Telugu cinema with Mithra Mandali.
The film appears to be a madcap comedy featuring all the comedians in action, packed with punchlines and one-liners. Priyadarshi is in top form after the success of his recent film Court, Vishnu Oi with MAD Square, and Prasad Behara with Committee Kurrollu. Rag Mayur has chosen unique scripts like Veeranjaneyulu Viharayatra, Gandhi Tatha Chettu, and Subham.
Mithra Mandali seems to be a fun ride with the three friends, Priyadarshi, Rag Mayur, and Vishnu Oi, tagging along with other “important characters” on this journey. These include Vennela Kishore, Sathya, and VTV Ganesh. The trio appears to be trapped in a situation, and Niharika NM seems to be linked to it, and they must find her.
“We have lived in your home more than we did with our parents,” said Bunny Vas about Allu Aravind. He also added that Allu Aravind was the reason he missed out on love life during his formative years in the Telugu film industry. Director Anudeep humorously spoke about his friend, director Vijayendra’s creativity, and wished the movie great success.
Rag Mayur said that he has worn and done all kinds of cheap and silly things, both on and off set. Niharika NM shared that the director was looking for a “tingari” funny girl character and chose her for the role. She thanked Allu Aravind, saying he was the reason she was brought on board. Director Vijayendra thanked his friends, including Kalyan, the maker of the MAD movie series.
Priyadarshi spoke about how Mithra Mandali features well-written comedy that audiences would love to watch on screen.
The teaser launch concluded with Allu Aravind’s speech, where he said that he surrounds himself with young people in his workspace to keep the excitement alive. He added that he hadn’t even heard the story yet but is excited to watch it on screen.
