Medha Shankr Shares Industry Reality
In a recent conversation, Medha Shankr said, “At events, with designers, you know small things like ‘this designer will not give his outfit to you’, we all hear that. Of course, it doesn’t matter to me, but I do remember your names.” This happens with artists who are not very famous.
She further explained, ”Not that I have any grudges or something, but I remember. Not that it’s personal, because you know it’s a protocol, but you do feel, ‘What just happened here?’ So definitely, there I have felt a little absurd.”
Many other actresses like Hansika Motwani, Yami Gautham, have previously expressed their views on the similar situation. They have also been in a situation where they couldn’t get designer clothes because the designers refused to offer their clothes because these actresses were not famous at that point of time.
