Prabhas has become huge Pan Indian Star with Baahubali franchise and now, he is coming with sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD. Renowned for his action capabilities Prabhas has delivered a blockbuster with Salaar Part-1 after facing failures like Saaho, RadheShyam and Adipurush. With a talented and highly skilled director like Nag Ashwin at the helm, fans of the actor are hoping that this film will deliver another Baahubali-2 kind of success at the box office.
Kalki 2898 AD has big stars and ace actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan among the cast. While Amitabh Bachchan will be seen as Ashwatthama, Kamal Haasan is playing the antagonist. India’s favourite actress Deepika Padukone is playing leading lady role while Disha Patani is playing love interest of Prabhas. The character name of the protagonist is Bhairava.
The team has started, “From Skratch” series to introduce re-invented wheel, assemble the raiders army and re-imagine guns for 2898 AD period. Now, in this series, they have decided to introduce Bhairava’s car, Bujji. It looks like an AI enabled car.We see in the teaser, Bujji having a brain of its own, asking for a body. Bhairava builts her one and we will get to witness it in its full glory on 22nd May, 2024.
Interestingly, actress Keerthy Suresh has given voice to Bujji. From this teaser, we can see how Nag Ashwin has imagined a dystopian furturistic world with AI dominating it. Also, as this film marks, renowned production house Vyjayanthi Movies completing their 50 years in Film production business, team seems to be pulling everything they can to make it special for viewers and everyone involved.
