Dulquer Salmaan, most sought after multilingual actor of Indian Cinema, is starring in and as Lucky Baskhar, in the direction of extremely talented and highly successful writer-director Venky Atluri. Renowned production house of Telugu Cinema, Sithara Entertainments is producing this film on a large canvas.
Fans of Dulquer Salmaan and movie-lovers are eagerly awaiting for Lucky Baskhar’s arrival in the theatres. The makers have been able to create huge buzz for the film with viral hit melodious song “Srimathi Garu” and scintillating trailer. Now, the makers have announced that the film release has been pushed from 7th September to 31st October, for Diwali weekend.
The makers have stated that while they understand the anticipation and excitement regarding the film, Lucky Baskhar, they need more time to finish post production works. They specifically stated that they need time to achieve “native quality sound and feel” in every language, being a multi-lingual and grand Pan-India release.
With great love and dedication towards the craft, the makers stated that even though it pains them to postpone the release date, they took the decision for betterment of the film. Ace cinematographer Nimish Ravi and highly skilled production designer Banglan, have worked in tandem to create late 80’s and early 90’s Mumbai for the film with extensive sets.
Makers have produced the film on a lavish scale to achieve the desired quality visuals and they are highly confident that the film, Lucky Baskhar, will be another gem in the illustrous filmography of Dulquer Salmaan. Highly in-demand actress, Meenakshi Chaudhary, is playing leading lady role in the film.
National Award winning composer GV Prakash Kumar has composed music for the film and already the songs released from the film’s album have gone viral. Navin Nooli is editing the film. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Films are producing the film while Srikara Studios is presenting it.
An extraordinary tale of an ordinary man, Lucky Baskhar is slated to release in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi languages worldwide on 31st October 2024.
