Shyamala Devi, wife of the late Rebel Star Krishnam Raju and aunt to pan-India actor Prabhas, recently performed special prayers for his health and success. Known for her deep affection for Prabhas, she often praises her nephew in public. This time, she visited the famous Thalupulamma Talli temple near Tuni in the Kakinada district, where she offered traditional prayers.

Reports say this is not a one-time event—Shyamala Devi visits the temple every year as part of a family tradition. Many elders in the family perform such rituals for the well-being of their children and loved ones. While some believe her prayers were general family customs, others insist she did them specifically for Prabhas.

Since the passing of Krishnam Raju, Prabhas has taken on major responsibilities within the family. Fans are aware that Prabhas has been facing recurring health issues lately, particularly with his knee. Due to this, he had to take breaks from his film shoots, raising concern among followers and media alike.

Although Shyamala Devi did not speak to the media after her temple visit, her appearance and special puja caught public attention. Her quiet devotion has led to widespread discussion among fans, especially given Prabhas’ recent health challenges.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Prabhas is currently busy with his upcoming film Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi. The film is said to be a horror-comedy thriller and is scheduled to hit theatres on 5 December. As anticipation builds for the release, fans are hopeful that both the prayers and the film will mark a positive turn in the star’s personal and professional life.
