Filming for the much-awaited movie starring superstar Mahesh Babu and directed by S.S. Rajamouli, tentatively titled SSMB29, has been paused for a short time.

Mahesh Babu is currently on a family tour in Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, the work behind the scenes continues. Music director M.M. Keeravani has started recording sessions at Rajamouli’s farmhouse. At the same time, over 100 fighters are rehearsing for a major action sequence on a set built at the Aluminium Factory, according to film insiders.

The upcoming shooting schedule will focus on key fight scenes, and the team is preparing for those now. Once Mahesh returns from Sri Lanka, the shooting is expected to resume in August.

The original plan was for the team to travel to Kenya in July to shoot important scenes at the famous Amboseli National Park. Actors Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Priyanka Chopra were supposed to take part in this schedule. However, due to several reasons, the Kenya trip has been postponed.

Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, who plays a key role in the film, recently spoke about the project. He praised director Rajamouli, saying, “His films are always grand. SSMB29 is a visual wonder. The way Rajamouli tells the story will surprise everyone. It’s something never seen before.”

The movie is being designed as a massive visual treat for audiences around the world. Although the shoot is on hold, preparations are still moving forward to make sure the film stays on track for its next phase.
