Allu Arjun’s blockbuster ‘Pushpa 2,’ directed by Sukumar, continues to dominate the box office, earning impressive collections across all regions. Notably, the film has received overwhelming appreciation in North India. Amidst this, the upcoming release of ‘Baby John’ has sparked discussions about a potential box office clash with ‘Pushpa 2.’ Director Atlee recently addressed the matter.

“At the core, our industry thrives on a healthy atmosphere,” Atlee said. “Allu Arjun and I are good friends. ‘Pushpa 2’ released in the first week of December, while we’re bringing ‘Baby John’ in the fourth week. There’s no scope for competition. When ‘Pushpa 2’ was postponed from August to December, we had conversations about our schedules and decided on an optimal release date for ‘Baby John.’ Bunny (Allu Arjun) even wished our team success and spoke to both Varun and me personally. We are all staying positive.”

Atlee also expressed his desire to work with all the superstar actors in India and mentioned that handling big projects doesn’t stress him out. “If you love your work, there’s no pressure,” he stated.

Keerthy Suresh’s Bollywood Debut with ‘Baby John’
‘Baby John,’ starring Varun Dhawan and marking Keerthy Suresh’s Bollywood debut, also features Wamiqa Gabbi and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. Directed by Kalees, with a story by Atlee, the film is set to release on December 25 as a Christmas treat.

‘Pushpa 2’ Sets New Records in Bollywood
Meanwhile, ‘Pushpa 2’ continues its historic run in Bollywood, setting rare benchmarks. The movie, nearing worldwide gross collections of ₹1500 crores, has amassed over ₹600 crores in Hindi alone. This makes it the highest-grossing Telugu film ever in Bollywood’s history.

With both films generating immense buzz, the audience is eagerly anticipating their impact this festive season.
