Pawan Kalyan online

The Andhra Pradesh government has started taking strict action against online abuse, especially content targeting Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and women. After the NDA government came to power, it made it clear that it would not tolerate vulgar comments, morphed photos, or personal attacks on social media.

Recently, edited images and online offensive posts about Pawan Kalyan have gone viral. While he was busy with promotions for his upcoming film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, some people shared morphed video clips to portray him negatively. These actions upset his fans and caused concern among Janasena leaders.

In response, a senior Janasena leader said, “We encourage meaningful debate and criticism. But speaking badly about women, dragging families into it, and sharing fake or edited images is not acceptable. We will take strict legal action against anyone doing this. Their identities will be traced, and they will face punishment under the law. People need to understand that what they post online can seriously affect their lives.”

The cybercrime department is already preparing to register cases against those involved. Earlier, such posts were often ignored. But now, under the new government, authorities are determined to act firmly. Police teams are ready to respond, and investigations may begin soon.

Officials are urging all social media users to be more responsible. They have reminded people that there is a difference between fair criticism and personal abuse. The government has made it clear that trolling, especially targeting public figures and women, will not be accepted anymore.

As social media becomes more powerful, the state is calling for users to behave with respect. Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan’s film Hari Hara Veera Mallu is scheduled for a grand release on the 24th of this month.
