Day 1 Box Office Collection of Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit is around Rs 6.50 Cr across 3,800 shows on Day 1 in India. This brings the India gross to Rs 7.57 Cr. Overseas, the film added Rs 6.00 Cr, pushing the worldwide gross collection to Rs 13.57 Cr on its opening day.
The film had a moderate opening with good reviews all over. Fans talked about the twists and turns and gripping storyline. The film has seen a gradual rise in the occupancy from day to the end. Morning shows had reportedly hit 30% of occupancy and by the night shows, it increased to 55% of occupancy.
Dacoit has performed slightly better than some of Adivi Sesh’s earlier releases. Dacoit has surpassed HIT: The Second Case opening which was approximately around ₹6.4 crore.
Dacoit revolves around the story of a man who is convicted for a crime he didn’t commit owing to a betrayal by his partner. He hunts her down seeking revenge, as their stories intertwine with a series of robberies.
