Featuring Pooja Hegde and Mamitha Baiju in crucial role, this film is reportedly the remake of telugu film Bhagavant Kesari. The issue began with a short 5 minute clip leak and that escalated to a major crisis. The clip included crucial scenes in the film like the actor’s introduction and action sequences that are actually the highlight scenes in the film.

Now, the lead actress Pooja Hegde reacted to the leak of Jana Nayagan clips and said, “My lovely audience. Seeing our film leaked online is disheartening, not just for me, but for every single person who worked on it.”
Pooja further wrote, ”To see it being leaked and shared illegally is tough-not because of numbers, but because it takes away the respect that every artist and technician on the film deserves.. plus don’t we all deserve to gather together to celebrate and watch Vijay sir’s last film, one last time, on the big screen in the right way. Soon after the clip release, the entiire film in 4K HD version surfaced in the pirated websites which further made the situation more damaging for the makers. Jananayagan is already facing issues and delays dur to censor board issues and legal hurdles. This film was earlier supposed to be released in early 2026.
