From its very first film Kumari 21F, the banner made a strong impact, earning a super hit. Over the years, Sukumar Writings has been part of several remarkable projects including Uppena, Virupaksha, 18 Pages, Gandhi Thatha Chettu, and now Pushpa 2. In many of these films, the banner collaborated with Mythri Movie Makers. Although the details of their business arrangements are private, industry talk is that any Sukumar Writings project is often linked with Mythri’s productions.

A major highlight is his collaboration with Ram Charan. Sukumar Writings is already part of Charan’s current big film Peddi, and will also produce Sukumar’s own directorial with the star. With two films lined up with Charan, Sukumar is cementing his banner’s role in shaping big Telugu cinema.
