Stock Markets have registered formidable gains on 27th March 2024. Investors have shown interest in big stocks like Reliance and HDFC Bank. Major International Stock Markets like Asian markets have ended with gains and this influenced Indian investors as well. Hence, BSE gained 526.02 points to close at 72,996.31 and Nifty gained 118.95 points to close at 22,123.65 mark.
BSE Sensex started trading at 72,692.16 and then continued to trade between 72,600.73 – 73,138.73. Index started at higher level than previous closing. Investors have invested big amounts in big companies’ stocks and BSE ended the trading session at 72,996.31 by gaining 526.02 points.
Nifty Sensex started trading at 22,053.95 mark and it hit its highest for the day at 22,193.60. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 22,052.85. Index started above the previous closing and continued to trade in gains. At one point, big stocks have registered huge gains but in final hours investors did sell-off some shares. Hence, Nifty50 ended by gaining 118.95 points on 22,123.65.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.32 against US Dollar on 27th March, 2024. Reliance, Maruthi, Bajaj Finance, Titan, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank, L&T, HDFC Bank, M&M, Axis Bank, Asian Paints, Bharati Airtel shares have been Top Gainers. Wipro, HCL Technologies, TCS, SBI, Nestle India, Tata Motors, Infy, Bajaj Finserv shares have been Top Losers.
