Stock Markets continued to register losses again on 29th May 2024. Investors have been keen on selling off their holds during this session. Even Internationally, the factors did not help investors to take any interest in investing big or small stocks.
Majority have decided to sell off their existing holds and that never Stock Markets recover after a negative start. BSE kept trading below 75,000 mark while Nifty50 never touched 23,000 mark again. Lastly, big indices of Stock Markets, BSE lost 667.55 points to close at 74,502.90 and Nifty lost 183.45 points to close at 22,704.70 mark.
In this session of Stock Markets, BSE Sensex started trading at 74,826.94 and then continued to trade between 74,986.22 – 74,454.55. On the other hand, Nifty Sensex started trading at 22,762.75 mark and it hit its highest for the day at 22,825.50. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 22,685.45.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.37 against USD on 29th May 2024. Power Grid Corp., Nestle India, Sun Pharma, ITC, IndusInd Bank, and Bharti Airtel ended as Top Gainers in BSE. Hindalco Industries, Divi’s Laboratories, Power Grid Corp., Bajaj Auto, and Cipla in Top Gainers in Nifty50.
On the other hand in Stock Markets, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Finserv, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and UltraTech Cement stocks ended as Top Losers in BSE. HDFC Life, SBI Life, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consumer Products, and Bajaj Finserv ended as Top Losers in Nifty50.
