Stock Markets crossed lifetime highmarks on 04th April 2024. Investors started investing at lows and at one point they have hit lifetime highmarks. International Stock Markets have ended with huge gains and this also helped investors. By the end, they sold off some of their gains and hence BSE gained 350.81 points to close at 74,227.63 and Nifty gained 80.00 points to close at 22,514.65 mark.
BSE Sensex started trading at 74,413.82 and then continued to trade between 73,485.12 – 74,501.73. Index started above the previous closing and as investors sold off their gains, it hit lowest mark. But at the highest 74,500 lifetime benchmark. Towards the end, due to some selling pressure, BSE ended the trading session at 74,227.63 by gaining 350.81 points.
Nifty Sensex started trading at 22,592.10 mark and it hit its highest for the day at 22,619.00. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 22,303.80. Index started above the previous closing and kept trading in green by mid-session. Towards the end, some investors sold off their gains in big stocks and finally, Nifty50 ended by gaining 80.00 points on 22,514.65.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.42 against US Dollar on 04th April 2024. HDFC Bank, Titan, Tech Mahindra, Asian Paints, TCS shares have been Top Gainers. State Bank of India, Bharti Airtel, JSW Steel, Powergrid Corporation, ITC shares have ended up as Top Losers. Stock Markets have hit new lifetime benchmarks and hope this trend continues.
